When we tested cordless vacuums, the Tineco Pure One S15 had just less power than the $750 Dyson V15 Detect, making it a great value. Tineco’s stick vacuum uses some clever smart tech, including single-button start, WiFi and app connectivity (displaying battery level, filter status and cleaning log), and sensors that detect dust levels and automatically adjust suction power. Its filter even attaches magnetically, which is a nice touch. The S15 also features an LED display with a ring that changes color from red to blue as you pick up all the dirt at each spot.

The vacuum includes several accessories: a mini brush that turns it into a handheld vacuum, a 2-in-1 dusting brush, and a crevice tool (handy for couch cushions and other hard-to-reach places). Its built-in brush is designed to avoid pet hair tangles, trapping them without wrapping them.

If you’re trying to stick to a budget under $250, Engadget’s pick of cheap cordless vacuum cleaners — the Tineco Pure S11 — is on sale for a record-breaking $244 (normally $300). It’s a bit bulkier than Tineco’s higher-end models, but still relatively lightweight. It also includes iLoop smart sensors for detecting dirt levels, and has powerful suction power (albeit significantly less than the S15).

Conversely, if you’re willing to pay more for the extra quality and convenience, Tineco’s high-end Pure One Station FurFree is also priced at a record low: $599 (originally $799). It includes the company’s powerful suction and debris sensors, but adds a self-emptying base that can hold 60 days of dirt while cleaning and charging. The Pure One Station FurFree has a 60-minute run time, which is more than enough for most people’s homes, and it comes with additional accessories that turn it into a pet grooming tool.
